Returns and Refunds

If the product arrives damaged, you can return it within 14 days. Shipping will be at our expense.

Our policy provides that: The Customer, if entitled as a consumer pursuant to and for the purposes of (pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”), may withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written communication via email to Antichità Petrone di Ornella Petrone at the address antichitapetrone@gmail.com.
If the product has defects in shape, size or wrong color, damage or damaged parts, the buyer has 3 days to contact Antichità Petrone di Ornella Petrone at the email address antichitapetrone@gmail.com . The company undertakes to cover the return costs, and the buyer can decide for the replacement or full refund of the order, including any shipping costs.
To be eligible for return, the goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes). They must also be in their original packaging. In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
*In case the buyer decides to keep items received with defects in shape, size or wrong color, damage or damaged parts. * Any item that, once received back by Antichità Petrone di Ornella Petrone, is not in its original state, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
After 14 days from receipt of purchase, the goods cannot be returned but only replaced under warranty. Furthermore, if it is out of production, and therefore replacement is not possible, we undertake to make a full refund of the price paid at the time of ordering after receiving proof of purchase from the buyer.
Once your return has been received and inspected to ensure that it is in like-new condition, your refund (for the price paid including shipping) will be processed and will be automatically issued within 48 hours. A credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment. Processing times will vary depending on the payment method used by the customer. Late or unpaid refunds: If you have not yet received a refund, we recommend that you double-check your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted. There is often a processing time required for a refund to be posted. If you have already followed these steps and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at antichitapetrone@gmail.com.
 
Return lost by the courier:
It may happen that during the return transport the goods are lost. In this case, we undertake to issue a full refund.
